OPILIFES ships only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes in certain remote areas, or any international destination. If an order is placed with an address we cannot ship to, we will cancel and refund it.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
After processing, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within about 4–7 business days from the order date. These are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Shipping is free for all eligible orders within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value, no handling fee, and no additional shipping charge added at checkout.
We select a qualified logistics carrier based on destination and service availability. The carrier may vary by order. Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after the order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
